Description
Zinc oxide as a catalyst in solid propellant and pyrotechnic compounds, reduces the degradation temperature and act as a high-rate burning catalyst. Zinc oxide has been used as a UV absorbers in the rubber industry, viscosity enhancers in ceramics, and H2S absorbers in the oil industry.
